Global Remote Hiring, Cap7tara is headquartered in Pune, India. All roles listed below are open to applicants worldwide and are fully remote. You do not need to relocate to India.
Senior Analyst
Lead research mandates end to end across Healthcare and FMCG. Design study methodology, manage primary and secondary research, synthesise findings, and present client-ready output. You will work directly with the practice lead on live engagements from day one.
Analyst
Build market sizing models, run primary and secondary research, and support intelligence frameworks across Healthcare and FMCG engagements. You will collaborate with Senior Analysts on live client mandates and own discrete workstreams as you progress.
Client Engagement Partner
Own client relationships across the engagement lifecycle. Translate client priorities into research and strategy briefs, oversee delivery quality, and represent Cap7tara externally with prospective clients and at industry forums. Partnership track for the right candidate.

Each engagement is structured to include a debrief and synthesis session. We have a library of primary market data that every team member can draw on across industries and geographies.
We pay at or above top-four strategy consulting firms. Senior roles carry profit participation. We are transparent about the structure at offer stage.
The quality of our thinking is only as good as the quality of the people we hire. We would rather have six people who are exceptional than sixty who are adequate.
