Week 1
Screening Conversation
A 30-minute call with a team member to discuss your background, the role in detail, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. This is a genuine two-way conversation , you should be evaluating us as much as we are evaluating you.
Week 2
Case Assessment
A take-home exercise based on a real (anonymised) brief from our work. Typically 3-4 hours of effort. We assess the quality of your thinking, your ability to structure ambiguous problems, and the clarity of your written communication. We do not assess polish.
Week 3
Final Interviews
Two conversations: one with your likely direct collaborators, and one with a founding or senior partner. Both are structured discussions, not interrogations. We want to understand how you think, how you work with others, and how you handle uncertainty.
Week 4
Decision & Offer
A transparent offer including full compensation detail, equity or profit participation structure (where applicable), and a clear start date. We move quickly at this stage and do not extend exploding offers , you will have reasonable time to consider.
